Product Description: This multi-functional, non-woven fleece protects floors from liquids and other damage. It is ideal for special applications requiring a strict fire­ resistant compliance as it is flame retardant in accordance with International Maritime Organization (IMO) standards. It can also be used in the international maritime industry during boat and yacht fit-out as it benefits from wheel-mark certification. It has a self-adhesive fleece on the underneath and waterproof film on the top face. It stays securely in place, does not require tape or additional fixing and leaves absolutely no residue on removal. The fleece is manufactured from 1.5mm thick, hard wearing non-woven synthetic fibres which provides excellent shock absorption. It is 100% waterproof to hold spills and protect against wet foot traffic. Mop up any spills immediately or replace where necessary. ⦁This product is not breathable. If you require breathability we recommend Proguard Breathable Fleece Protection. Application: Ensure surfaces onto which Proguard Flame Retardant Fleece is to be laid are free from loose rubble. Beginning from the corner of the room roll the fleece back towards you using Proguard Cloth Tape on any joints if required. The soft fleece should be laid face down. Use Proguard Low Tack PVC tape when adhering to sensitive surfaces such as marble and glass. To ensure a completely residue-free removal we recommend using Proguard Ultra Low Tack tape.
